We provide information, as required by our home health license, regarding how to file formal complaints. However, we prefer that residents and their families communicate directly regarding any concerns they may have. We take a great deal of pride in the quality of our staff, but there is always room for improvement. One of the reasons we have been able to provide exemplary service over the years is because of the feedback and suggestions from our customers.
